Since a young age, art has always been a love of mine, whether it was painting or drawing. I was actually inspired by my grandmother during Covid to start doing nails! When she began doing her nails I thought “ hey I think I can do that” and that’s where all my aspirations started and grew. I really enjoy turning your inspo pictures and vivid imaginations into reality! Policies & Regulations Traveling Nail Technician 1. Booking & Appointments * Booking Method: Clients must book appointments via phone, text, or online booking system. * Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure the appointment. * Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. 2. Travel Area & Fees * Service Area: I serve clients within a [30]-mile radius from st Charles. Requests outside this area may incur additional travel fees. * Travel Fee: A flat fee of $15 in the 30 mile radius or $25 fee if outside the 30 mile radius. 3. Services Offered * List the specific nail services you provide (manicure, pedicure, acrylic, etc.). * Mention any limitations or services not provided due to travel constraints. 4. Health & Safety * Clients must ensure a clean and safe environment for service. * I adhere to strict sanitation protocols, including sterilizing tools and using disposable items when possible. * Clients with contagious nail or skin conditions must inform me prior to booking; services may be declined for health safety. 5. Payment * Payment is due immediately after service. New Client -(cash only). * Accepted payment methods: cash, card, Apple Pay. * No refunds once service is performed; any dissatisfaction should be addressed on-site for resolution. 6. Arrival & Setup * Clients are expected to provide a clean, well-lit space with a comfortable chair i have my own travel table set up. * If I arrive and the setup is not suitable, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. * Clients must behave respectfully and professionally. * I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting rude or unsafe behavior. 7. Liability * I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper nail care after the service. * I am not liable for any injuries resulting from health conditions undisclosed by the client. * Clients agree to release me from liability by booking and receiving services. 8. Late Policy * If a client is late the appointment may be canceled with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. NailsbyDream has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify NailsbyDream at nailsbydream@icloud.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
